Daniel Ashbaugh
Daniel graduated from Missouri S&T in May of 2009 with a degree in civil engineering.  He joined the EWB-USA OK East chapter since spring 2010, and was Vice President in 2011. He traveled to Cotani, Bolivia, in October of 2011 for the bridge assessment trip, and has attended a number of EWB-USA workshops.  Dan is a Civil EIT for Keithline Engineering Group in Tulsa,  performing a variety of engineering functions, including flood risk analysis and dam inspections.  He is also heavily involved in the Tulsa Young Professionals, and enjoys wake boarding during the long Oklahoma summers.

Ashley Corker
Ashley joined EWB-USA OK East in September 2011, and jumped right in by attending the October 2011 bridge assessment trip to Cotani and the South Central Regional Workshop in November.  She completed her MS & BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in May 2009 in civil engineering before accepting a job with the Southwestern Power Administration in Tulsa.  Ashley, also an EIT, works closely with the Army Corps of Engineers to coordinate hydropower generation from 24 dams, including several in eastern Oklahoma, and deliver it to non-profit entities in the south-central region.  Outside of EWB-USA, Ashley also promotes sustainability and better public transit service in Tulsa, and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
Jon Taber
Jon joined EWB-USA OK East in August 2010 and traveled to Cotani with the University of Tulsa's student chapter in May 2011 to monitor the eco-latrines.  He studied civil engineering at OSU-Stillwater as well as meteorology at the at the USAF's Air Univeristy in Montgomery, Alabama.  He is a Civil EIT at PSA-Dewberry in Tulsa, where he works on projects involving design of civil sites, roadways, and water/wastewater treatment systems.  During his time off, Jon trains in boxing and Muay Thai (a form of martial arts originating in Thailand).

Engineers in Action
The EWB-USA OK East chapter works with EIA as it's non-governmental organization in Bolivia.  EIA assists EWB-USA OK East, among other EWB-USA chapters, in developing project proposals, providing logistical and communication support in Bolivia, and with project monitoring.  EIA is an invaluable resource for EWB-USA!
